In-game viewer
Playback controls, viewer safety, the settings GUI and the recording browsers.
Donut Replay plays back inside the game. When you start a replay you’re dropped into the recorded scene as an invisible spectator, with a hotbar of controls.
Starting playback

Viewer safety
While watching, the viewer is protected so reviewing never gets you killed:
DonutReplay:
Viewer:
Safety: true # no damage, no hunger loss while watching
Vanish: true # hidden from other online players while watching
The settings menu
/replay menu opens a point-and-click panel — no file editing, no reload. Toggles and values apply live:
A compact panel — a row of on/off toggles over a row of value adjusters:
- Flag Recording — auto-record players caught by your anticheat
- PvP Recording — auto-record every fight and kill
- Save Every PvP Fight — keep every fight (on) or only fights with a kill (off)
- Manual Recording — record everyone on the server right now
- Death Cam — save a clip on every death (on by default)
- PvP Window — how long to keep recording after a hit
- Flagged Retention / PvP Retention — how many days clips are kept
- Death Cam Pre-Roll / Post-Death — seconds captured before / after a death
Browsing recordings
The browser menus show every recording as an item. Its lore tells you everything at a glance:
- Type — Flagged (cheat), PvP fight, Death, or Manual
- Anticheat & Flags — which check fired (for flagged clips)
- Cause & Killer — how a death happened (for Death Cam clips)
- Players, World, Date
- Click to play; open a recorded player’s inventory snapshot from inside the replay
The bottom bar of /replay check has a filter (click to cycle by type — all, flagged, PvP, death…) and a date-sort toggle (newest / oldest first).
