Overview

A racing minigame framework for Folia & Canvas — procedural tracks, drivable vehicles, power-ups and custom note-block music. No resource pack.

ServerGames — procedural track racing

ServerGames is a minigame framework for your server. Its first game is Race — up to 100 players on a procedurally generated track, on foot or in drivable vehicles, with power-ups, a live HUD and fully custom music.

  • Paper · Folia · Canvas
  • MC 1.20.6 → 26.2
  • Java 21+

Everything is texture-free — tracks, vehicles, music and effects are all built from vanilla blocks, display entities, particles and note-block sound. There is nothing for your players to download.

What it does

  • Procedural tracks — a full closed-loop circuit is generated from a seed: road, curbs, glass barriers, checkpoint arches, a start gate and a lobby platform. Same seed, same track. No schematics.
  • Two race modes — race on foot, or in the car mode on a detailed display vehicle with fully manual controls. The game core is built to grow with more modes.
  • Power-ups — glowing boxes on the track grant speed, jump, dash and shield, or fire slow / blind / confusion at the racer ahead. Never lethal.
  • Custom music — a programmatic note-block engine with per-theme tracks, a final lap that speeds up and transposes higher, and a victory fanfare. No resource pack.
  • Live HUD — bossbar (lap / position / time), a top-8 sidebar, titles, countdown beeps, direction guidance and wrong-way warnings, plus finish fireworks.
  • Survival-safe — players keep their own inventory (never touched, no dupes), no PvP or damage in race, and everyone is restored on finish, leave, relog or the next server boot.
  • Place rewards — a drag & drop editor gives 1st–4th place finishers a copy of the items you choose, per arena.

Four track themes

Every track can be built in one of four themes — Normal, Ice (faster & slippery), Nether and Neon — each with its own road, barriers and lighting.
